UNR VS UNLV

So I went to the game to day. What a game! Really the end score should have been 80 to 7, but in the first half we kept kicking our own asses. We had a total of 5 fumbles. Only 1 of those fumbles we recovered. This is a very bad thing in the football world. UNLV recovered 4 of our lost fumbles and cashed in at least 2 of them for touchdowns. By the half, it was tied at 21. By the second half started, we finally figured out how to hold onto the ball, and UNLV's defense had no chance against our 560 yard rushing offense and our 6' 6" mobile quarterback Colin Kaepernick. Here's a rundown of why our team couldn't be stopped after they held onto the ball after the second half: Starting off with Colin Kaepernick, ran for 173 yards and passed for 208 yards. There was also this kick ass play on the 6 where Kaepernick looked like her was doing a reverse to Lippencott, but shortly after the quick flip to him, Lippencott threw a touchdown pass to the wide open Kaepernick waiting in the endzone for a pass from Luke Lippencott. Next, Luke Lippencott ran for 170 yards and a TD, and lastly the star of the day was the freshmen Mike Ball who ran for 184 yards and 5 touchdowns, including an 89 yarder in the fourth quarter that really set the tone for the game. Since we stopped the defense so well, and held onto the ball on offense, we were scoring machines and won 63 to 28 and clobbered or non-conference counterparts, and kept the Fremont Canon blue for another season. Go Pack!
